Terms of Reservation:

• All campsite reservations must be made in advance. No Same-day/walk-in applications will be accepted

• No cancellation or change available after purchase

Activity Notes:

• Participants must be aged 3 or above

• Children aged 18 or below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

• Participants should consider their ability and physical condition to participate in the activity

• Guests with the following conditions are not recommended to participate: physically challenged and health conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.)

• Campers are not allowed to bring outsiders. Visitors must obtain permission from the camp staff before staying on the campsite.

• Pets must wear collars and leashes, and cannot move freely to avoid conflict with other animals or getting lost.

• The use of any flying vehicles (including but not limited to: drones, FPV drones, aerial camera, aeromodel, etc.) must be covered by third-party insurance.

• Only gas stoves are allowed to be brought and used, solid/liquid fuel stoves are not permitted

• No filming or interviewing activities are allowed without permission

• Gambling, drunkenness or any behaviour that violates the laws of Hong Kong is strictly prohibited in the camp. Campers are not allowed to make fires at the campsite

• This activity will require a lot of physical strength. Please bring enough water and snacks to replenish your energy

• You are recommended to wear enough sunscreen and bring your own personal care products as you will be staying outdoors

• Participants who withdraw during the activity will not be refunded

• The merchant may cancel the activity for unforeseen reasons. In this case, the booking date can be rescheduled and processed according to the conditions under special weather, but no refunds will be provided

• The organizer reserves the right to change event routes due to weather conditions, abilities of participants, or venue arrangements, without prior notice. No compensation will be entitled.

• If participants damage or destroy any equipment, tools, devices, or other properties (except for normal depreciation) due to negligence. Participants will have to pay the full amount for repairing, restoring or buying the items

• Please keep the rental camping items clean and return them before leaving the camp. In case of any damages or losses, participants will need to compensate according to the price

• Please keep the campsite clean, no cutting down and picking flowers and trees are allowed

• It is not allowed to hang flags, post leaflets, and use camp power without permission

• It is not allowed to take drinking water for activities/games without permission

• Vehicles are not allowed to enter/park within the campsite without permission

• Please take care of your personal belongings. TapNow and Creative China Holiday Tour Limited will not be responsible for any damage or theft before, after or during the activity

• TapNow and Creative China Holiday Tour Limited are not responsible for any injuries caused during the activity

• In case of any accident, please notify the camp staff or security guard for assistance

• Insurance is not included in this activity. Participants may purchase their own insurance (if necessary)

• If participants are found to have symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or runny nose, etc., on the date, they will not be allowed to join the activity. TapNow and Creative China Holiday Tour Limited will not refund any fees

• Please keep quiet after 11:00 p.m. to avoid disturbing others

• If campers violate the camp's rules or engage in other illegal or deviant behaviour, the camp staff reserve the right to terminate their stay, and all the fees will not be refunded

Severe Weather Arrangement (No refund will be provided):

• Under special weather conditions (such as the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above issued by the Observatory, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, etc.), please contact the merchant to check the day's arrangements, but no refunds will be provided

• If Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal/Typhoon Signal No. 1/Thunderstorm Warning is hoisted by the Observatory 2 hours before the activity, participants should arrive at the meeting point as scheduled

• If Black Rainstorm Warning or above / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted by the Observatory 2 hours before the activity, the activity will be cancelled and rescheduled. The paid fees will be reserved for rescheduling

• If there is an accident or typhoon during the camp, the camp staff reserve the absolute right to the decision, and no objection is allowed

Severe Weather Arrangement (can be rescheduled):

• If a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 are hoisted by the Observatory 2 hours before the activity, the following rescheduling arrangements will be obtained, while fees will not be refunded.

• If the time period is changed from normal to busy, extra payment and reimbursement will be required

• If the price of the experience period changes due to the delay of the experience date, for example from busy to a normal period, the difference will not be refunded

• The merchant will decide whether the activity is suitable to be held on the day based on the actual weather or other safety factors. If the conditions of the day do not suit the activity, the activity will receive the above rescheduling arrangement. If the guest does not receive any notification, the activity will proceed as scheduled, and the fees will not be refunded

Do I need to sign up for a TapNow account before I can book?

Yes, you'll need to create an account first. You can sign up using your email, phone number or a third-party account like Facebook or Google.

How can I book an activity?

Search activities on TapNow, select what you want to book and continue to the payment page. Complete your payment and start your adventure!

Do I have to use my voucher at a particular time/date?

How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

I've made a booking but haven't received a booking confirmation email. What should I do?

Where can I find my bookings?

You can click the account button in the upper right corner of the TapNow website, and then select "My Orders" to view the order.

TapNow App

You can click the order button on the main interface of the TapNow application, and then view the order.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, Tap&Go.

How come my payment failed?

First, refresh the booking page and try to book again.

You must complete the payment within 30 minutes after pressing 'Pay', or payment will be cancelled. However, you can create a new booking.

Due to security issues, some credit cards will use the 3DS verification function. If the verification fails, the booking will be cancelled.

If your payment card is rejected, please try other payment methods. TapNow accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others (for HKD only).
