Park Lane Hotel's Ebb & Flow launches 【Christmas Semi-buffet Dinner】package jointly with TapNow, offering semi-buffet on Christmas eve and Christmas for $628 (service charge included) per head! There are two time slots: 6pm-8pm or 8:30pm-10:30pm. The package includes various types of dishes: all-you-can-eat chilled seafood like shrimp, blue mussels, conch etc; and appetizers/salad like Cream of Mushroom Soup with Black Truffle, Salmon with Beetroot, Smoked Norway Salmon, Cheese Platter; desserts like Christmas cake, 70% Chocolate Yule Log Cake etc.! They also offer main courses including Slow-roasted Christmas Turkey, Sous Vide Duck Breast with Foie Gras, Beetroot Risotto with Pan-fried Hokkaido Scallop (choose 1) etc.
