• No reschedule or refund after purchase

• Any changes to the reservation have to be made 24 hours in advance to the experience

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before. The tour will not wait for late-comers and no refund will be given. Late-comers may be arranged to the next slot (subject to availability)

• If the tour group is unable to form on your booking date, the merchant will notify you as soon as possible and the date can be rescheduled, while no refunds will be issued

• Due to limited vacancies, early reservation by contacting the merchant directly is recommended

• Reservations are subject to availability, please make your reservation in advance and contact the merchant for details

• Failure to attend the session for more than 10 minutes without prior notice, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and all fees will not be refunded

Activity Notes:

• Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

• Participants should consider their ability and physical condition to participate in the activity

• Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be used during the activity

• Small-sized dogs under 20 pounds can be carried to the activity

• The staff will measure the body temperature of the passengers before the activity begins. Passengers who are in physical discomfort or his/her body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees will not be allowed to board the vessel.

• Masks should be worn throughout the session (except during dining). If a participant fails to comply, they will be asked to disembark from the vessel or leave the tour

• Please consider the weather conditions and bring your own umbrella, sunglasses, and sunscreen if necessary

• Participants who withdraw during the activity will not be refunded

• The merchant may cancel the activity for unforeseen reasons. In this case, the booking date can be rescheduled and processed according to the conditions under special weather, but no refunds will be provided

• If participants damage or destroy any equipment, tools, devices, or other properties (except for normal depreciation) due to negligence. Participants will have to pay the full amount for repairing, restoring or buying the items

• Please take care of your personal belongings. TapNow and Seayou Explorer Travel Limited will not be responsible for any damage or theft before, after or during the activity

• TapNow and Seayou Explorer Travel Limited are not responsible for any injuries caused during the activity

• Insurance is not included in this activity. Participants may purchase their own insurance (if necessary)

• If participants are found to have symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or runny nose, etc., on the date, they will not be allowed to join the activity. TapNow and Seayou Explorer Travel Limited will not refund any fees.

• Please use the equipment and utensils on the boat carefully, and do not touch the exhibits

Severe Weather Arrangement (No refund will be provided):

• According to the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinances and for safety reasons, when the Black rainstorm signal or Typhoon signal 3 or above is hoisted during the rental hours, vessel owners reserve the right to return at an earlier time than scheduled. No compensation will be provided.

• Under special weather conditions (such as the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above issued by the Observatory, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, etc.), please contact the merchant to check the day's arrangements, but no refunds will be provided

• If Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal/Typhoon Signal No. 1/Thunderstorm Warning are hoisted by the Observatory at 7:00 am on the day of the activity, participants should arrive at the meeting point as scheduled

•If Black Rainstorm Warning or above / Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above are hoisted by the Observatory at 7:00 am on the day of the activity, the activities departing at 10:00, 11:00, and 13:00 will be cancelled and rescheduled

• If Black Rainstorm Warning or above / Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above are hoisted by the Observatory at 11:00 am on the day of the activity, the activities departing at 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00 will be cancelled and rescheduled

Severe Weather Arrangement (No refund will be provided):

• If Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal/Typhoon Signal No. 1/Thunderstorm Warning is hoisted by the Observatory at 7:00 am on the day of the activity, participants should arrive at the meeting point as scheduled

• If Red Rainstorm Warning or above / Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above are hoisted by the Observatory at 7:00 am on the day of the activity, the activities departing at 9:45，11:00 and 13:15 will be cancelled and rescheduled

• If the above severe weather warning is still hoisted at 11:00 am on the day of the activity, the activities departing at 15:15，16:30 and17:45 on the same day will be cancelled and rescheduled

• Activities cancelled due to severe weather can be rescheduled, but no refund will be provided. Participants will need to book a new departure date, which must be within 2 months of the original departure date

How come my payment failed?

First, refresh the booking page and try to book again.

You must complete the payment within 30 minutes after pressing 'Pay', or payment will be cancelled. However, you can create a new booking.

Due to security issues, some credit cards will use the 3DS verification function. If the verification fails, the booking will be cancelled.

If your payment card is rejected, please try other payment methods. TapNow accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others (for HKD only).
