Terms & Conditions, Statement of Risk, Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement

By successfully purchasing ticket(s) for or enrolling in "BabyKingdom x My Mini Zoo: Jungle Discovery — Young Wildlife Conservationist Quest | Ages 3–9 @ Olympian City" (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"), you (as the Participant and/or the Parent or Legal Guardian of a Participant under the age of 18) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth below:

1. Eligibility & Parental Supervision
  • Age Eligibility: The Event is designed for children aged 3 to 9.
  • Continuous Supervision: All child participants must be accompanied by at least one adult parent or legal guardian at all times. The parent/guardian assumes full, continuous responsibility for the conduct and safety of the child.
  • Minor Consent & Authorization: As the parent or legal guardian of a participant under the age of 18, you represent and agree to all terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and the participant, hereby authorizing their participation in the Event.
2. Health, Allergies & Acknowledgment of Risk
  • Live Animal Exhibits: The Event features live animals (including, but not limited to, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and insects).
  • Allergy Risk Assessment: If any participant or accompanying parent/guardian has a history of allergies or sensitivity to animal fur, dander, saliva, droppings, or environmental dust, please carefully evaluate the risks before deciding to participate.
  • Unpredictable Animal Behavior: Participants and parents/guardians acknowledge that while most animals showcased are gentle, they may—like any live animals—act or react unpredictably. This inherent unpredictability carries natural risks during close observation and interaction, including but not limited to accidental scratches, bites, sudden startles, or allergic reactions. Participants and parents/guardians expressly assume all such risks associated with participating in the Event.
3. Rules Compliance, Safety & Facility Care
  • Professional Handling & Compliance: All animals in the Event will be held or handled exclusively by on-site professional instructors and staff. Participants and parents/guardians agree to adhere strictly to all written and verbal rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by the Event providers, and confirm they have been duly briefed on relevant guidelines and the proper use of any required protective gear.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Strictly no unauthorized touching, startling, chasing, feeding, or harassing/harming of any animals.
  • Facility Care & Liability for Damage: Participants and parents/guardians are required to treat all animals and venue facilities with care. My Mini Zoo reserves all rights regarding any damage caused. Participants and parents/guardians agree that the Event organizers shall not be liable for any injury or property damage resulting from intentional misconduct, negligence, failure to follow instructions, or provocative acts during the Event. The organizers reserve the right to immediately require any non-compliant individual to leave the venue without a refund, and the participant/parent/guardian shall be held financially liable for any resulting damages.
4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
  • Scope of Event: The Event encompasses all activities provided, organized, or sponsored by the Event providers in connection therewith. Acceptance of this Agreement upon purchase/registration is a mandatory condition for participation.
  • Waiver of Legal Rights: You understand that purchasing or registering for the Event constitutes a waiver of certain legal rights, including the right to sue or claim damages for personal injury or property loss/damage arising from participation. Except in cases of personal injury directly caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of the organizers or their staff, participants and parents/guardians agree to waive all claims and release the organizers (EVENTVIBE Limited and My Mini Zoo), partners (BabyKingdom), sponsors, venue providers (Olympian City), and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, successors, assigns, and representatives (collectively referred to as "the Event Providers") from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, loss, or property/personal damage—including those arising from general negligence, accidents, allergic reactions, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
  • Indemnification: Participants and parents/guardians undertake to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Event Providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Event.
5. Personal Property 
  • Participants and parents/guardians are solely responsible for the safe custody of their personal belongings and valuables. Neither the organizers nor the venue providers accept any liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property within the Event premises.
6. Photography & Media Release 
  • Photography and video recording (including instant photo printing services) will take place at the Event. By purchasing tickets or participating, you grant the organizers (EVENTVIBE Limited and My Mini Zoo) full permission to use photos, videos, and media containing your or your child’s likeness for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes worldwide, royalty-free and without further notice or compensation.
7. Cancellation, Refund & Force Majeure
  • Non-refundable & Non-transferable: Once successfully booked or purchased, all fees and slots are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other time slots.
  • Inclement Weather & Force Majeure: In the event of activity cancellation due to severe weather (e.g., Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal), government pandemic control policies, or other force majeure events, rescheduling arrangements will be made where feasible. No cash refunds will be provided.
8. Reservation of Rights & Final Decision
  • The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, EVENTVIBE Limited and My Mini Zoo reserve the right to make the final and binding decision.

You can pay by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, Tap&Go.

How come my payment failed?
First, refresh the booking page and try to book again.
You must complete the payment within 30 minutes after pressing 'Pay', or payment will be cancelled. However, you can create a new booking.
Due to security issues, some credit cards will use the 3DS verification function. If the verification fails, the booking will be cancelled.
If your payment card is rejected, please try other payment methods. TapNow accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others (for HKD only).
