Terms of Reservation:

• The merchant will contact the customers regarding details of the reservation after the package is bought

• Please present the TapNow QR code on the day for redemption

• Max 14 ppl, additional guests $550 per person for the 9th guest onwards (Include Houseboat and Aberdeen 1773 Audio Guided Tour, Excluding Seafood). Please contact the merchant for booking additional guests.

• No changes, refunds available for the reservation

• Sampans (water taxi) run from 7am to 8pm and costs $15-20 HKD per trip (based on distance)

• No pet is allowed on board at the moment

• All guests should comply with the “Vaccine Pass” arrangement in Hong Kong

• Different prices for different numbers of guests. The more people, the lower per person rate

• ”Number of guests” is the max number of persons on board at all times, NO EXTRA guest is allowed to get on board

• Children of age 3 or below will not be charged (please notify us in advance)

• Weekday rate: Mon-Thu (except Public Holidays) | Weekend rate: Fri-Sun & public holidays

Points to Note:

• Children under 18 years old are also allowed but must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian

• Participants should ensure that they are in good physical condition and are able to participate in this activity

• No refunds for dropping out in the middle of the activity

• In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, rescheduling will be available under the arrangements under inclement weather conditions stated below, but no refunds will be provided

• Due to safety reasons, the Company has the right to alter planned event route(s) based on weather condition(s) and the ability of participants without further notice. Participants will not be able to ask for nor require any kind of compensation.

• Participants are responsible and liable for the damages, loss(es), removed, and broken equipment, devices, tools and other properties provided, rented and given during the event due to their negligence (except normal depreciation of said objects). Participants need to pay in full amount for repairing, restoring or buying relevant said objects.

• Please take care of your personal belongings.TapNow and Seayou Explorer Travel Limited do not hold any responsibility for any damage or loss to personal items on/before/after the activity

• The package does not include safety insurance, participants can purchase their own insurance if needed

• Participants are not allowed to join the activity if they have symptoms including fever, cough, tachypnea, sore throat, runny nose, etc. on the day, but no refunds will be provided by TapNow and Seayou Explorer Travel Limited

Arrangements under Inclement Weather Conditions（No refunds provided）:

• According to the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinances and for safety reasons, when the Black rainstorm signal or Typhoon signal 8 or above is hoisted during the rental hours, vessel owners reserve the right to return at an earlier time than scheduled. No compensation and refund will be provided

• Under special weather conditions (such as the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above issued by the Observatory, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, etc.), please contact the merchant to check the day's arrangements, but no refunds will be provided

• If Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal/ Red Rainstorm Warning Signal/Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no.1/ Strong Wind Signal no.3/ the Thunderstorm Warning is hoisted 2 hours before departure, please arrive at the gathering point as scheduled

• If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal/ Strong Wind Signal No.8 or above is hoisted 2 hours before departure, the event will be rescheduled

Arrangements under Inclement Weather Conditions（Reschedule Provided）:

• If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal/ Tropical Cyclone Warning No.8 or above is hoisted 2 hours before departure, participants may reschedule the reserved activity session as follows, but no refunds will be provided

• If the participants reschedule their booking to a time slot from normal hours to peak hours, they will need to pay for the price difference in additional

• No refunds will be provided if the rescheduled time slot has a lower price than the original time slot (e.g. reschedule from peak hours to normal hours).

• The service provider reserves the right to decide if the specific day is suitable for the activity according to the weather and other safety considerations. If the reserved date is not suitable for the activity, participants may reschedule the booking according to the above terms and conditions. Yet, if there is no notification regarding the suspension of the activity sent to the participant, it implies the activity will be held as scheduled, and no refund will be provided.

COVID19 Special Arrangement:

In the event that the restrictions imposed by the Government in response to COVID19 result in the houseboat rental becoming prohibited on the originally scheduled boarding date, we will arrange to reschedule the rental to a subsequent boarding date on the following terms:

• If the original boarding date is on weekday, the rescheduled day must also be on weekday. If the original boarding date is on the weekend, the rescheduled day must also be on the weekend.

• Any difference in rental fee between the rescheduled day and the original reservation date, will not be refunded. Customers may only reschedule the boarding date once, such rescheduled date to be within 6 months from the original boarding date. If the customer has not rescheduled within this period, the customer will be deemed to have forfeited 100% of the rental fee.

Do I need to sign up for a TapNow account before I can book?

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, Tap&Go.

How come my payment failed?

First, refresh the booking page and try to book again.

You must complete the payment within 30 minutes after pressing 'Pay', or payment will be cancelled. However, you can create a new booking.

Due to security issues, some credit cards will use the 3DS verification function. If the verification fails, the booking will be cancelled.

If your payment card is rejected, please try other payment methods. TapNow accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others (for HKD only).
